Common questions

Do I need a referral to see an exercise physiologist?

No. You can book directly. A referral may still matter for certain funding, such as a Medicare Chronic Disease Management plan, DVA or NDIS.

Can I claim on private health or Medicare?

Most private health extras include exercise physiology — check your level of cover and any limits. Medicare contributes in specific cases, usually through a GP-arranged Chronic Disease Management plan.

How long is an appointment?

Initial appointments usually run longer than follow-ups so we can assess thoroughly and build your program. We’ll confirm timing when you book.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Comfortable clothing you can exercise in, supportive footwear, any relevant scans or referrals, and your private health or funding details.

Ready when you are.
