Common questions

Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor?

No. Chiropractic is a primary-contact profession, so you can book directly. A referral may still matter for certain funding pathways, such as DVA or workers’ compensation.

Can I claim on private health or Medicare?

Most private health extras include chiropractic — check your level of cover and any limits. Medicare generally does not cover chiropractic outside limited GP care-plan circumstances.

How long is an appointment?

Initial appointments usually run longer than follow-ups so we can assess thoroughly and build your plan. We’ll confirm timing when you book.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Comfortable clothing you can move in, any relevant scans or referrals, and your private health or funding details. Arriving a few minutes early helps with any forms.
